SUBJECT: TEAM Update 10.16.2026
DATE: October 16, 2026
Dear County Election and Voter Registration Officials,
Early Voting is just around the corner! As we head into one of the busiest times of the year, we want to recognize the hard work, patience, and dedication of our counties.
Important System Updates
Missing Address Street Segment
Civix has completed a statewide cleanup and standardization of the “MISSING ADDRESS” street segment to support proper precinct configuration within the system. It is important to note that counties should notrename, modify, or remove this segment, as it is a standardized placeholder necessary for the Street Module to function as intended.
Precinct 99999
Civix identified 6,737 Active and Suspense voters statewide who were not associated with a precinct. Each of these voters have been proactively assigned to precinct 99999. We ask counties to review their respective voters, and reassign them to their appropriate precincts.
Texas Online Registrations
Texas Online applications that were missing residential address are now displaying in the dashboard and the offline counties should have received the applications with the resididential address in the file posted to the CDW.
We sincerely appreciate your continued patience and partnership as we complete these important election readiness efforts.
