SUBJECT: TEAM Update 9.16.2026

Dear County Election and Voter Registration Officials,

Recently, Civix brought to our attention an issue regarding DPS files. We alerted DPS to this fact and have been working with DPS to determine the scope of files impacted. Counties have alerted us to the fact that some older DPS registrations are now appearing on their dashboard. We are actively investigating this issue to determine the source of these historical records.

We have asked Civix to temporarily remove the files from county dashboards while we work to address this issue.
