Dear County Officials,

Below please find important updates regarding known issues currently impacting TEAM and the Texas Online application. Our team is actively working with our vendor and Deloitte to investigate these items and implement resolutions as quickly as possible.

Voter Search in TEAM System:

Some users have reported that certain voter records are not being located when searching within the TEAM system. Our vendor is actively reviewing this issue and working toward a resolution.

Suspense Voter Address Updates in the Texas Online Application:

Some voters currently in Suspense status are experiencing issues when attempting to update their address information through the Texas Online application. Our vendor is aware of the issue and is working with Texas Online and their third party vendor to deploy the fix as quickly as possible.

We understand the importance of these functions to county operations and voter services, especially as we continue preparations for upcoming election activities.

We appreciate your patience and partnership while these issues are being addressed.

Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available and resolutions are implemented.
