Dear County Elections Officials,
We are excited to invite you to the 43rd Annual Election Law Seminar for County Election Officials scheduled to take place August 11 - 13, 2025 at the Kalahari Resorts & Conventions located at 3001 Kalahari Boulevard in Round Rock, Texas.
Online registration for this seminar is scheduled for June 2, 2025 through August 1, 2025.
A registration fee of $375 is required by July 18, 2025. Any fees paid by phone or postmarked after this date will be subject to a $425 late registration fee.
All fees must be paid in full prior to arrival. If you are unable to submit payment in advance, fees must be paid in full at check-in.
Checks and credit card payments will be accepted.
Room reservations at the Kalahari Resorts and Conventions are scheduled to open June 2, 2025 and will close July 11, 2025.
The room rate for a Double Queen Sofa is $199 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees.
The reservation link for this seminar will be provided prior to June 2.
Although the final agenda for this event is not yet available, a tentative agenda will be provided after the adjournment of the Texas legislative session to give you an overview of the planned sessions and topics.
