If you have already submitted and completed your 2024-2025 harvest log please disregard this message.

You are receiving this email because you are the registered owner or agent of a breeder deer release site with CWD testing and harvest log reporting requirements. Important deadlines are approaching regarding harvest log reporting.

Release site harvest logs for the 2024-25 hunting season must be entered in TWIMS and marked as complete by March 31, 2025. All deer harvested on the release site (including those not submitted for CWD testing) must be entered in the harvest log in TWIMS.

If there were no deer harvested during the 2024-25 hunting season you are still required to submit a harvest log reporting that no deer were harvested.

You may access the online harvest log entry form through the “Deer/Inventory Lookup” menu option of the TWIMS Deer Breeder Permits and Herd Tracking application.

Completion of harvest reporting requirements in the LMA system for MLDP does not satisfy the requirements for harvest log reporting in TWIMS for breeder deer release sites.

You must use the TWIMS generated accession form for test results to automatically upload to your TWIMS account. If you don’t see your test results in your harvest log, please upload a copy of the test report to the proper logline number(s) so that we may process the test results.
