Now that you're here, what should you do?

  • Observe: Take photos and videos of pollinators and nectar-producing plants. Check out this quick video with tips!
  • Share: Add your photo or video observations to Instagram, Facebook, iNaturalist, or to the Facebook event page (#TxPollinators).
  • Find Events: Use our online calendar to find pollinator events near you!
  • Explore from Home: Unable to get out and photograph pollinators? Search #TxPollinators on Instagram or follow along with everyone's photos on the Facebook event. You can also help identify species in the iNaturalist project which can help others with their sightings!

Looking for Inspiration?

We have compiled a list of daily challenges to provide you with some photographic inspiration!

We list two challenges per day, but don't let the term "daily" limit you. If you find one of these challenges on a different day, post it when you see it! Post as many photos as you wish!

All challenges are pollinator-related in some way, so, grab your camera or smartphone and see if you can find and photograph one or more pollinators, flowering plants, or related subjects.
