Upcoming Programs
This month's volunteer spotlight features all stars Geary and Mary Gowins. They have volunteered with the TPWD Buffalo Soldier Heritage and Outreach Program for several years and traveled many miles across the State of Texas to State Parks, Historic Forts, and even the State Fair of Texas helping us tell the amazing stories of the Buffalo Soldiers, Native Americans, and all the other peoples who called Texas home. Their love of history and dedication to the Buffalo Soldiers program is immense. We could not do our job without their dedication and friendship. We are truly honored and blessed to have such amazing volunteers!
Thank you both for all you do! Geary and Mary, We Salute You!
