Saturday, Sept. 29 and run through Friday, Nov. 2. Prospects

 Find a stocked pond near you with safe, well-lit areas and restrooms, parking and picnic tables. There are 18 Neighborhood Fishin' lakes in Texas, which are perfect places for teaching kids to fish.
