 In observance of Juneteenth, on Friday, June 19, 2026, METRO will operate on the following schedule:
- Local bus, METRORail, Park & Ride, curb2curb, and Community Connector will operate on regular weekday schedules.
- The Customer Service Call Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- METRO RideStores and Lost & Found will be closed.
- All METRO HOV/HOT Lanes will be open.
METROLift Reservations
- Reservations and Customer Service will be closed.
- Friday subscription trips will not be affected.
- To schedule trips for June 19-22, riders can:
- Book multi-day trips between 5 a.m.-5 p.m. using the METRO On Demand website or mobile app.
- Call the automated reservation line, which accepts voice commands and keypad entries, at 713-739-4690 between 5 a.m.-5 p.m., one day prior to travel.
- Call a live agent at 713-225-6716 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Thursday, June 18.
