 In observance of Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 1, 2025, METRO will operate on a modified schedule.
- Local bus, METRORail, and curb2curb will operate on Sunday schedules.
- Park & Ride service will not be available, except for the 500 IAH Downtown Direct, which will operate on a Sunday schedule.
- All METRO-operated HOV/HOT lanes will be closed.
- The Customer Service Call Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- RideStores and Lost & Found will be closed.
METROLift
- METROLift Reservations and Customer Service offices will be closed.
- All Monday subscription trips will be cancelled.
- To schedule trips for Saturday, Aug. 30 -Tuesday, Sept. 2, call the reservation line at 713-225-6716 on Friday, Aug. 29 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Riders can also schedule a trip (one day prior to planned travel, between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m.) by calling the automated reservation line at 713-739-4690 or using MACS-WEB online trip planner (customer ID and password required).
