 METRO will adjust service on the METRORail Red Line beginning at the start of service on Saturday, August 9 through the end of service on Sunday, August 10.
During this time, bus shuttle service will be provided every 10 minutes between the Downtown Transit Center Station and Fannin South Transit Center Station. Access Red Line shuttle map.
Customer Support
Riders can call or text METRO Customer Service at 713-635-4000, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday for assistance or trip planning information. Additionally, METRO staff will be on-site to help direct passengers and provide assistance as needed.
Customers are encouraged to plan ahead and allow for extra travel time during this service adjustment.
For timely updates, follow METRO on X and Facebook. METRO also provides real-time information through its service alerts system. Riders are encouraged to plan their trips in advance by downloading and using the RideMETRO app.
