 In observance of Juneteenth, on Thursday, June 19, 2025, METRO will operate on the following schedule:
- Local bus, METRORail, Park & Ride, and curb2curb will operate on regular weekday schedules.
- The Customer Service Call Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- METRO RideStores and Lost & Found will be closed.
- All METRO HOV/HOT Lanes will be open.
METROLift Reservations
- METROLift Reservations and METROLift Customer Service offices will be closed on Thursday, June 19.
- To schedule trips for June 19-20, riders must call the reservation line at 713-225-6716 on Wednesday, June 18 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Passengers can also schedule a trip one day prior to the travel date by using MACS at 713-739-4690 (5 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or online through MACS-WEB / EZ-WALLET. Your client ID and password are required.
- Thursday subscription trips will not be affected.
