 METRO will resume normal operations of all services on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2025.
- METRO local bus, Park & Ride, and curb2curb will operate on regular weekday schedules.
- METRORail Red, Green, and Purple lines will operate on regular weekday schedules.
- METROLift customers can book trips as normal online through MACS-WEB or by calling 713-225-6716.
- Community Connector will resume normal hours of operation.
- METRO’s Customer Contact Center will be open to assist customers by phone or text at 713-635-4000 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- All RideStore locations and Lost & Found will be open.
Riders are encouraged to plan ahead and allow extra time for morning travel as some roads may still be icy. Follow METRO on Facebook and X for the latest updates. METRO also offers real-time information and updates through its service alerts system.
