In the aftermath of the winter storm, METRO will operate modified service on Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2025. Service plans are subject to change depending on road and weather conditions.
- Core local bus routes will be operational by 1 p.m. Routes will be brought back in service as resources allow.
- Phase 1: Routes 2, 52, 54, 63, 73, 82, 102
- Phase 2: Routes 8, 20, 26, 50, 56, 85
- Phase 3: Routes 28, 38, 40, 44, 65, 80, 89
- METRORail will operate with modified service as conditions allow.
- METRO Park & Ride will not operate.
- METRO HOV/HOT Lanes will be closed until at least 11 a.m. METRO will monitor for icy conditions on overpasses and t-ramps and reopen for outbound travel if it is safe to do so.
- METROLift will only be providing medically essential trips as conditions allow. Live agents will be available from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. to make reservations.
- METRO’s Customer Contact Center will be open to assist customers by phone or text at 713-635-4000 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- All RideStore locations and Lost & Found will be closed.
