METRO Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule

In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, METRO will operate the following schedule:

Thursday, Nov. 24 (Thanksgiving Day) and Friday, Nov. 25, 2022

• Local bus and METRORail will operate on Sunday schedules.
• METRORapid service is limited and detours will be in place due to events on Thanksgiving Day. 
• Park & Ride routes will not operate on these days.
• METRO curb2curb service will operate on its regular schedule.
• METRO RideStores and Lost & Found will be closed.

Saturday, Nov. 26 and Sunday, Nov. 27, 2022

• Local bus, METRORapid and METRORail will operate on regular weekend schedules.
• Park & Ride routes will not operate on these days.
• METRO curb2curb service will operate on regular schedule.

METROLift
On Thursday, Nov. 24 and Friday, Nov. 25, METROLift Reservations and Customer Service offices will be closed. All Thursday and Friday subscription trips will be cancelled. Customers should call the reservation line at 713-225-6716 by Wednesday, Nov. 23, to schedule trips from Thursday, Nov. 24 – Monday, Nov. 28.

You may schedule a trip one day prior to your travel date by using MACS at 713-739-4690 (5 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or online through the MACS-WEB/EZ-WALLET. Your client ID and password are required.

HOV/HOT Lanes

• Wednesday, Nov. 23: All lanes will open inbound at 5 a.m. and close at 10 a.m. Lanes will open outbound at 11 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.

• Thursday, Nov. 24: All lanes will be closed.
• Friday, Nov. 25: All lanes will be open on a regular schedule.
• Saturday, Nov. 26 and Sunday, Nov. 27: All lanes will be open on a regular schedule. The Katy-CBD HOV ramp between Taylor/Studemont Street and Franklin Street in downtown will operate continuously.

Customer Service
METRO Customer Service call center will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 24. Customers can resume calling and texting 713-635-4000 on Friday, Nov. 25 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
