METRO has launched a new text messaging feature that makes communicating with the Customer Service Center easier than ever.
The new service allows you to directly connect with a METRO representative who can assist with trip planning and answer any questions or concerns quickly, conveniently, and all with a few key strokes. Riders can also send pictures and receive links.
