 In observance of the Memorial Day holiday, METRO will operate the following schedule on Monday, May 31, 2021:
- Bus service will operate on a Sunday schedule (see schedules for each local route).
- Park & Ride service will not operate.
- METRORail will operate on a Sunday schedule:
- Red Line – Every 12 minutes
- Green Line – Every 18 minutes
- Purple Line – Every 18 minutes
- All HOV/HOT lanes along the following corridors IH-45 S, IH-45 N, US-59 N, US-59 S & US 290 will be closed.
- All METRO RideStores and Lost & Found will be closed.
- METRO’s Customer Service Call Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 713-635-4000 or 713-635-6993 (TDD)
Reservations for METROLift:
- METROLift Reservations and METROLift Customer Service offices will be closed Monday, May 31, 2021. All subscription trips will be cancelled.
- To schedule a trip for Tuesday, June 1, you must call the reservation line at 713-225-6716 on Friday, May 28, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Clients may also schedule a trip the day before travel by using MACS at 713-739-4690 or MACS-WEB / EZ-Wallet or MACS-WEB screen reader version between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please have your client ID and password ready.
A federal mandate still requires all METRO customers to wear a face mask when riding or entering a METRO facility.
All METRO buses and trains are accessible, with service across the region to serve you.
