TDI adopts rule for the collection of title insurance data

The Texas Department of Insurance adopts new 28 TAC §9.402, Annual Submission of Title Insurance Statistical Reports. The new rule establishes annual due dates for title insurance agents and underwriters to report their experience data and for TDI to publish its annual compilation reports.
