Product evaluation reports more accessible

TDI has upgraded the Windstorm system to include product evaluation reports.

TDI and third-party product evaluation reports are now in one location. The system makes it easier to locate reports, identify expired reports, and send renewals. 

The process for submitting reports hasn't changed.
