Be on the lookout: TDI to issue annual title insurance underwriters data call this month

TDI will issue the calendar year 2024 data call to title insurance underwriters in Texas this month. State law requires title underwriters to report data that TDI uses to set rates.

The data reports will be due April 22, 2025.

TDI will not grant time extensions.
