Be on the lookout: TDI to issue annual title insurance agent data call this week

TDI will issue the calendar year 2024 data call to agents writing title insurance in Texas this week. State law requires agents to report data that TDI uses to set rates.

The data reports from agents will be due 25 days after the call is issued.

TDI will not grant time extensions.
