TDI postpones hearing to consider the title insurance basic premium rates

Due to the forecasted winter weather in Austin and across the state on Tuesday, the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) is postponing the scheduled public hearing to consider the title insurance basic premium rates. The hearing will now take place at 9 a.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2025, in the Barbara Jordan Building at 1601 Congress Avenue in Austin, Texas.
