The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) adopts rules concerning the extension of time frame requirements for prompt pay deadlines due to a catastrophic event.

TDI adopts changes to implement Senate Bill 1286, 88th Legislature, 2023, and clarify the processes for providers and health plans to request extensions of prompt pay deadlines due to a catastrophic event.
