The costs of not providing OSHA training
The National Safety Council estimates that workplace injuries in the U.S. cost a staggering $167 billion annually. Many of these injuries are preventable with proper Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training. While there may be some training expenses, the cost of not training employees is much higher. Here are some important factors to consider if you are not providing OSHA training.
Free OSHA 10-hour construction classes
DWC offers in-person training and online video training in both English and Spanish. Those who complete the course receive an OSHA 10-hour construction course completion card within eight weeks.
- You must be a Texas resident or an employee currently working in Texas to register.
- The student must understand and communicate in the language of the course.
- All classes start at 8 a.m. and run for two days.

Low-cost OSHA 30-hour construction classes

- You must be a Texas resident or an employee currently working in Texas to register.
- To attend, you must understand and communicate in the language of the course.
- Online classes are Central Time Zone and both weeks are required.
