Update: TDI to post third-party evaluation reports on website

Beginning in May 2023, the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) will post third-party evaluation reports for building products on the TDI website.

To prepare for the new process, review the electronic submittal guidelines and a draft copy of the submittal form.

TDI will provide a submittal email address in May when third-party evaluation reports are being accepted. TDI is only accepting third-party submittals once the submittal email address is provided.
