Drowsy Driving Prevention Week

Drowsy Driving Prevention Week is November 6-13, 2022

The National Sleep Foundation holds Drowsy Driving Prevention Week each year the week following the end of Daylight-Saving Time.

Drowsy driving is responsible for more than 6,400 U.S. deaths annually.

Free OSHA 10-Hour Construction Classes

Free OSHA 10-Hour Construction Classes

DWC offers in-person training in both English and Spanish. Those who complete the course receive an OSHA 10-Hour Construction course completion card within eight weeks.

  • You must be a Texas resident or an employee currently working in Texas to register.
  • To attend, the student must understand and communicate in the language of the course.
  • All classes start at 8:00 a.m.

No matter your needs or challenges, the Texas OSHA Consultation Program (OSHCON) has safety and health resources to help your business.

OSHCON consultations are both free and confidential. They are offered in person at your jobsite or virtually.

We can help you find, reduce, and remove safety and health hazards, and understand OSHA standards.
