October is National Ergonomics Month

October is National Ergonomics Month

Ergonomics looks at ways to help people work more efficiently and injury-free. A third of all workplace injuries occur in soft tissue. These injuries, known as musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), cost about $213 billion in annual treatment, care, and lost wages in the United States. A workplace ergonomics program and these tips can reduce MSDs and improve a business’s bottom line.
