Lockout/Tagout Saves Lives
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) estimates that 120 deaths and 50,000 on-the-job injuries are prevented each year by proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures. These tips can help prevent the injury or death of an employee by an unexpected release of stored energy in equipment.
