In August, DWC Workplace Safety launched a new, user-friendly web page with links to free online workplace safety videos.

New topics added include:

  • Disaster cleanup safety
  • Safety management
  • Space heaters
  • Weather safety - hurricanes

New video links have also been added to these topics:

  • Agricultural safety
  • Ammonia
  • Heavy equipment safety
  • Scaffolding safety
  • Trucking safety

Get instant access to free workplace safety videos in English and Spanish. Most of the videos are hosted on YouTube.

These videos have been produced by government, educational, and safety organizations. You can sort the video links by safety topic, title, source, language, and newly added links.


Low Cost OSHA General Industry class

Low-Cost Online OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Class

The OSHA 10-hour class offers live instruction through Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

This class covers OSHA general industry standards and requirements and safety awareness to help employees find and reduce job site hazards.

Participants receive an OSHA 10-Hour General Industry card within eight weeks after course completion.

  • September 28-30, 2021, in English, online

Registration is $30 and is required due to limited space.

Free OSHA Safety Consultations Onsite or Online by Email, Text, and Phone

No matter what your needs or challenges are, the Texas OSHA Consultation Program (OSHCON) has safety and health resources to help your business.

OSHCON consultations are both free and confidential. They are offered:

  • in-person at your jobsite
  • by video conferencing
  • by email
  • by text
  • by phone

We can help you find, reduce, and remove safety and health hazards, and understand OSHA standards.

OSHCON also provides:

  • training;
  • help with safety and health programs; and
  • free safety training materials and publications.
