The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) encourages managers to commit to a safety pledge as part of Safe + Sound Week, August 9-15. The national campaign promotes awareness of workplace safety programs and management’s role in their success. These tips can help you begin a more effective safety and health program today.

Free Online Safety Videos

DWC Workplace Safety has launched a new, user-friendly web page with links to more than 400 free online workplace safety videos, with new ones added each week.

Get instant access to free workplace safety videos in English and Spanish. Most of the videos are hosted on YouTube.

These videos have been produced by government, educational, and safety organizations. You can sort the video links by safety topic, title, source, language, and newly added links.


Low Cost Online OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Class

Low Cost Online OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Class

The OSHA 10-hour class offers live instruction through Microsoft Teams or ZOOM.

Beginning September 1, 2021, OSHA 10-hour classes will also be offered in person at select locations.

This class covers OSHA general industry standards and requirements and safety awareness to help employees find and reduce job site hazards.

Participants receive an OSHA 10-Hour General Industry card within eight weeks after course completion.

  • August 10-12, 2021, in English

Registration is $30 and is required due to limited space.

OSHCON also provides:
