TDI adopts changes to prompt pay reporting

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) has adopted a rule that makes changes to the prompt pay reports that a managed care carrier must send to TDI. The adopted rule adds new elements to the reports but requires less frequent reporting. Visit the TDI website for a copy of the adoption order.
