TDI updates fee transmittal forms

The Texas Department of Insurance has updated its forms to reflect the elimination of certain filing fees. Make sure you use the new forms:

• Financial Analysis Fee Transmittal Form (FIN483) 
• Company Licensing Fee Transmittal Form (FIN321)
