TDI proposes amending consumer choice disclosures

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) posts a rule proposal that amends requirements for consumer choice health plan disclosures. The disclosures are to be provided to people thinking of purchasing or renewing consumer choice health plans, which don't include the same level of benefits as state-mandated plans.
