Reminder: The Texas Department of Insurance has scheduled a public hearing on proposed rules related to Senate Bill 1264 at 9:30 a.m. October 23 in the Hobby Building in Austin.
We request that parties who plan to speak at the hearing send their written comments (or a summary of their testimony) to ChiefClerk@tdi.texas.gov by noon October 18 to facilitate a meaningful discussion. We also ask that speakers try to limit their testimony to 5 minutes in consideration of others.
The final deadline for all comments is 5 p.m. October 28.
