Discount Rate and Interest Rate Set for July 1, 2019, through September 30, 2019

The Division of Workers' Compensation has determined that any interest or discount provided for in the Texas Workers' Compensation Act shall be at the rate of 5.50 percent.

The rate is effective July 1, 2019, through September 30, 2019.
