Discount Rate and Interest Rate Set for January 1, 2019, through March 31, 2019

The Division of Workers' Compensation has determined that any interest or discount provided for in the Texas Workers' Compensation Act shall be at the rate of 6.16 percent.

The rate is effective January 1, 2019, through March 31, 2019.
