Amendments to Revisions to the Retrospective Rating
Plan Manual Appendix B
TDI has posted notice of a filing by the
National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) about proposed changes in
NCCI's Retrospective Rating Plan Manual
for Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance.
The purpose of the filing is to update the values in NCCI's Retrospective Rating Plan Manual for
the Table of Expected Claim Count Groups and Table of Policy Excess Ratio
Ranges (Appendix A), Table of Aggregate Loss Factors (Appendix B), and Basic
Premium Factor Calculation Example (Appendix D).
The filing proposes that the changes become effective on and
after January 1, 2019, for new and renewal workers' compensation policies.
