Designated Doctor test facility in Richardson moving

PSI, the DWC Designated Doctor program test administrator, is moving its Richardson test location to a different facility.  

The last day of testing at the current location, 300 North Coit Rd., Suite 172, will be Saturday, April 28, 2018. 

Testing at the new Richardson location, 1701 North Collins Blvd., Suite 130, will begin Friday, May 4, 2018.
