Proposed Rules on TWIA Windstorm Inspections

TDI has proposed rules implementing HB 2439, 84th Legislature, Regular Session (2015). HB 2439 changed the system by which structures are certified as compliant with the applicable windstorm building code, which the Insurance Code requires for insurability through TWIA. http://www.tdi.texas.gov/rules/2016/index.html

The proposed rules would not have a direct impact on TWIA's rates.
