Contract Application and Management for Providers (CAMP) Site Launch

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) has launched the Contract Application and Management for Providers (CAMP) site for contract applications and management for Texas Medicaid Waiver, Hospice and Consumer Directed Services providers. The CAMP site is designed to be a self-service option to complete contracting tasks in a singular and secure location.

The CAMP site offers account registration, application management, contract renewals and amendments, updating existing contract information, tracking application status, changes of ownership (CHOWs), and allows access to authorized representatives and authorized users.
