HHSC Publishes Revision 25-1 of the CFC Billing Requirements for HCS and TxHmL Program Providers

Revision 25-1 is effective June 1, 2025. This revision primarily updates the handbook to remove the requirements that prohibited a CFC PAS/HAB service provider from living in the same residence as the person receiving services.

All revisions are outlined in the Revision 25-1 Section of the handbook.
