Good afternoon (TVFC) Program Provider,
Your attendance is requested. If you are receiving this email, your TVFC Program-enrolled facility has experienced a decrease in influenza vaccination coverage rates between January 2022 and January 2023. To better understand these barriers and as part of the Texas DSHS Childhood Influenza Vaccine Initiative project, the DSHS Immunization Program will be conducting Flu Discovery Meetings for TVFC Program-enrolled providers that have experienced a decrease in influenza vaccination coverage rates.

We also aim to learn about your site's approach to promoting childhood influenza vaccinations to identify effective strategies. After the meeting, a survey will be sent out to help gather these valuable insights.
