HHSC Removed Monovalent Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccines From Formulary

HHSC removed the monovalent Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccines from the formulary on April 21, 2023. A list of the affected vaccines is available online.
