New VAOS Reporting Deadline for COVID-19 Vaccine Program Providers

Dear COVID-19 Vaccine Providers,

Starting May 1, 2023, COVID-19 Vaccination Program providers must complete monthly reporting between the 1^st and the 7^th of each month in the Vaccine Allocation and Ordering System (VAOS). On the 8^th day of each month, providers who do not report by the 7^th will be notified via email. Monthly reporting is required even if a provider does not order vaccine during the reporting month.

The following reports must be completed in VAOS:

Required:

Current COVID Vaccine Inventory

If applicable:

Vaccine loss
Receipt of vaccine shipments
Vaccine transfers
