GL 23-1001 Emergency Rule for Hospitals Participating in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Acute Hospital Care at Home Program During the COVID-19 Pandemic

GL 23-1001 regarding the passage of emergency rules permitting currently licensed hospitals to apply to HHSC to temporarily participate in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) hospitals at home program to expand hospital capacity in response to the COVID-19 pandemic has been posted. This letter explains the emergency rule and the application process.
