Updated DAHS COVID-19 Response Emergency Rules – Sept. 24

HHSC Long-term Care Regulation has published revised COVID-19 Response Emergency Rules (PDF), Day activity and health services providers. The revised rules require facilities to have policies and procedures regarding infection control and the use of PPE.
