Updated COVID-19 Response: Expansion of Reopening Visitation Emergency Rules for NF Providers

HHSC Long-term Care Regulation has published revised COVID-19 Response Expansion of Reopening Visitation Emergency Rules (PDF), for nursing facilities. The rules specify that visitors under the age of 2 are exempt from all requirements related to wearing masks.
