DSHS will host live webinars covering processes for entering and reporting disaster-related patient and immunization information in the Texas Immunization Registry (ImmTrac2). The webinars will include the following topics:
- Legal Statutes related to Disasters
- Brief Introduction to the ImmTrac2 Registry
- Different types of Consents
- Client Searches
- Entering a Client
- Priority Groups
- Adding Immunizations
- Data Exchange
- Other Resources
DSHS will host the same webinar over three days to allow for maximum attendance, and attendees should register for only one session since each session will include the same information. Webinars have a maximum capacity of 900 attendees. If you cannot attend, DSHS will also record and publish the webinar and other content in the “User Training” section of the DSHS Registry site.
