Try adding lemon, cucumber, and mint leaves to water for a refreshing treat. Your body needs water to function at its best. Sometimes we reach for food when what we really need is water. You’ll be amazed at how refreshing flavored water can be. And the fresh scents will give your mood a boost as well!                               

 

You don’t really need a recipe, but here are some basic steps:

 

Step 1: Fill a large pitcher or container with water.


Step 2: Add lemon slices, cucumber slices, mint leaves, or berries. Feel free to be creative and add what you like best.


Step 3: Let the water chill in the fridge for a few hours so that it can absorb the flavors of what you’ve added. 


Step 4: Drink throughout the day!
