The Texas Governor’s Committee on People with Disabilities (GCPD) is now accepting submissions for the 2026 National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) Poster Art Competition.
Every October, GCPD proudly features the work of a Texas artist with a disability in its annual NDEAM poster. The selected artwork is reproduced and distributed across the state to help promote disability employment awareness and celebrate the value, talent, and contributions of Texans with disabilities in the workforce. Last year, more than 2,000 posters were distributed to businesses, organizations, and partners across Texas.
